Bachelor of Physics, Lanzhou University (1995), Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics from Nanjing University (2001), Postdoctoral in Computational Neuroscience from Carnegie Mellon University (2004), Associate Scientist of Computational Neuroscience at Yale University (2010). Professor in the Center for Computational Systems Biology and School of Life Sciences, Fudan University (2011-present), PI at the State Key Laboratory of Medical Neurobiology.  Associate Editor of Frontiers in Computational Neuroscience (2018).
