  研究方向

王 瑞,上海市“启明星”人才,复旦大学青年副研究员,硕士生导师。博士毕业于浙江大学,在哈佛大学交流学习一年。主要研究领域为:新型分子诊断方法开发和智能生物传感器构建。已主持国家级和省部级项目8项,包括:国家自然科学基金面上项目,国家自然科学基金青年项目,上海市重大专项(二期)子项目,上海市“启明星”人才项目,上海市实验动物研究专项,粤港澳精准医学专项、博士后面上基金,新冠疫情防控专项等,总科研经费350万以上。已经在本领域Top期刊Cell Discov., Biosens. Bioelectron., Theranostics, Trend Anal. Chem., Anal. Chem.等期刊上发表SCI论文46篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)发表SCI论文27篇,他引2000余次,2篇被评为“ESI高被引文章”,已申请发明专利16项。研究成果主要包括:(1)自主开发和改造新型CRISPR/Cas酶工具,用于基因编辑和分子诊断;(2)开发了多种CRISPR结合快速核酸扩增的高敏特异分子诊断方法,实现了病原体感染快检和癌症早筛;(3)开发了微流控平台和集成化便携式装备,实现了精准定量和POCT即时检测。主要研究方向:生物传感、纳米材料、新型核酸扩增方法开发、CRISPR分子诊断、微流控、数字PCR等技术领域。
