研究方向
王 瑞,上海市“启明星”人才,复旦大学青年副研究员,硕士生导师。博士毕业于浙江大学,在哈佛大学交流学习一年。主要研究领域为:新型分子诊断方法开发和智能生物传感器构建。已主持国家级和省部级项目7项,包括:国家自然科学基金面上项目,国家自然科学基金青年项目,上海市“启明星”人才项目,上海市实验动物研究专项,粤港澳精准医学专项、博士后面上基金,新冠疫情防控专项等,总科研经费近300万。已经在本领域Top期刊Cell Discov., Biosens. Bioelectron., Trend Anal. Chem., Anal. Chem.等期刊上发表SCI论文43篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)发表SCI论文24篇,他引1000余次,2篇被web of science评为“高被引文章”,已申请发明专利14项。研究成果主要包括:开发了基于诺奖技术CRISPR的一步法高灵敏检测方法,使分子诊断摆脱了实验室个专业仪器限制,从科学研究拓展到实际应用。将CRISPR与微流控结合,实现了对败血病的检测和肿瘤早筛。主要研究方向:生物传感、纳米材料、新型核酸扩增方法开发、CRISPR分子诊断、微流控、数字PCR等技术领域。
