 研究方向

用统计遗传学、生物信息学和计算生物学等手段,研究高原习服、衰老等人类复杂性状/复杂疾病。以第一作者共同通讯作者在National Science Review, Aging Cell, The Journals of Gerontology: Series A, Psychiatry Research, Phenomics(首期封面), Journal of Genetics and Genomics(封面论文), European Psychiatry等杂志发表论文10余篇, 累计引用568。主持1项国自然青年科学基金项目和1项中国博士后科学基金面上一等资助项目 (已结题),管理1项复旦大学国家重大项目先导项目,以骨干成员身份参与国自然基础科学中心、上海市级科技重大专项示范项目、国自然重点项目、国家重点研发计划等,主要负责这些项目的多组学数据分析相关工作,并协助项目负责人在项目实施过程中的协调和管理相关工作。先后担任National Science Review,Pattern Recognition, Annals of Medicine, Cancer Medicine, Genes & Genetic Systems等期刊审稿人。
