  工作经历

2011年获中山大学水生生物学硕士学位。2011-2017年在深圳华大基因研究院担任生物信息分析员,使用高通量测序技术和生信方法研究遗传病,包括遗传变异检测的生信分析方法和流程开发,致病基因和位点的检测、科研解读与报告。2017-2021年在丹麦哥本哈根大学就读,获分子生物医学专业博士学位,使用单细胞转录组技术对乳腺癌新辅助化疗病人的肿瘤组织及外周血单核细胞进行研究,揭示新辅助化疗重塑血液循环系统和肿瘤局部的免疫微环境。2021-2022年在深圳华大生命科学研究院担任生物信息研究员,利用单细胞多组学以及空间多组学技术研究肿瘤免疫微环境,以及开发单细胞分析新算法和工具。2022年7月至今任复旦大学人类表型组研究院青年副研究员。

 研究方向

1)肿瘤微环境研究。利用多组学技术和单细胞技术以及空间组学技术研究恶性肿瘤、肿瘤转移以及肿瘤微环境中各类细胞的表型和特征,挖掘新的生物标记物和治疗靶点。

2)空间多组学技术的开发和优化、新算法的开发,以及示范项目和队列的开展。空间组学是连接分子到宏观表型的桥梁,空间组学的研究将着力于分子在器官的精确定位,将有助于深入地探究器官功能,发育和病变机理,从而为疾病的防治提供的科学依据。
