曾主持或完成科技部973项目、中科院“知识创新工程”重要方向新项目、国家基金、国家创新群体等课题多项。迄今在PNAS等上发表SCI论文190余篇,被SCI论文引用万余次,H-index为62。应邀撰写英文著作10余章,在国际重要学术会议上做邀请报告几十次,出版著作1部。现任Phenomics, Scientific Reports、Metabolomics等国际学术期刊编委、中国生物物理学会生物磁共振专业委员、中国营养学会常务理事。曾任国际核磁共振领域最有影响的Experimental Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Conference(ENC)的第一位亚洲执委(中国两岸三地的唯一), 2015年获全国“五一巾帼标兵”称号。
研究方向
代谢组分析方法的开发:利用核磁共振和质谱相结合的分析方法发展高灵敏、全覆盖的代谢组学方法。
研究肠道菌群代谢:研究肠道菌群代谢以及饮食、疾病影响肠道菌群,进而影响健康的代谢机制。
