工作经历

复旦大学特聘教授 博士生导师  国家重点研发计划首席科学家 上海市优秀学术带头人。获医学学士、硕士学位、物理学博士学位(复旦大学与美国田纳西大学联合培养,博士后身份),复旦大学卫生管理学博后。曾担任中科院上海高等研究院(2011-2019)研究员 博导 课题组长 实验室主任 院学术委员会委员;中科院上海微系统所(2019-2025)研究员 博导 课题组长 所战略顾问委员;目前为复旦大学人类表型组研究院教授 负责搭建微全流控测量与类器官等技术平台并开展研究。  

发表一作/通信论文90余篇;其中7篇发表在Biosensors and Bioelectronics上, 2篇发表在 Analytical Chemistry3篇发表在Appl Mater Interfaces,2篇发表在Materials Today Bio上,3篇发表在Microsystems and nanoengineering;论文还发表在PNAS ,Sensors and Actuator B : Chemical等。含封面3篇(PNAS 2005,102 (49):17630-1763, Lab on Chip,2019,19,3405–3415,Anal Chem 2023,13;95(23):8889-8897)、年度亮点1(Nanoscale 2015,7(38):15822-15829)ESI 1%高被引1篇(Biosensors and Bioelectronics. 2017,89(Pt 1):96-106)。其中电化学传感器成果被中科院院网(标题:上海微系统所在基于基因序列编辑器的电化学传感器研究方面取得进展,Biosensors and Bioelectronics.2022;217:114671)报道,外泌体miRNA荧光检测成果分别被中科院院网、上海市政府网站报道(标题:上海微系统所在外泌体miRNA原位荧光检测技术方面取得进展,Biosensors and Bioelectronics.2022,204:114077)。申请发明专利44项,获授权14项(10项第1), 申请实用专利11项(授权10项),获软件著作权3项。 担任两轮中欧医疗器械专家圆桌会议专家组组长,是亚洲医疗器械协调组织(AHWP)技术委员,ISO/TC 276/SC 2(Microphysiological systems and Organ-on- Chip)/WG 1工作组专家。

研究方向

集中在人类表型组与生物医学工程学交叉;方向为微流控表型检测、类器官芯片及生物医学工程产品研发;研究专长侧重于(1)微全表型测量:包括生物纳米探针、生物检测芯片、原位传感成像技术、量子探测器等;(2)类器官芯片:包括肿瘤免疫微环境芯片、多器官串联芯片、液滴阵列芯片等;(3)微流控纳米药物制备:靶向药物、组合药物等;(4)数据与规范:包括数据智能汇交、智能控制分析等;芯片、类器官等新技术涉及的合规性问题等。
