 工作经历

复旦大学特聘教授、影像医学与核医学博士生导师。 

长期从事影像医学与核医学、分子影像的临床、教学和科研工作,先后在国内外获得临床医学学士、影像医学硕士、内科学博士。在日本、美国留学和工作十多年,曾担任日本学术振兴会特别研究员、哈佛大学医学院Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Brigham and Women医院放射科临床研究员、美国MD Anderson癌症中心影像诊断部助理教授、浙江大学医学院附属第二医院核医学/PET中心教授、博士生导师。2020年当选世界分子影像学会(WMIS)主席,目前担任中国认知科学学会副理事长、上海市欧美同学会副会长、上海市政协委员。

目前主持国家自然科学基金“核医学精准诊疗”重大项目、A3前瞻国际重点项目等,发表SCI英文论文200余篇,主编全国统编教材《核医学》2部、副主编3部,主编英文专著2部。

 研究方向

主要研究方向:针对人类重大疾病的诊治难题,通过构建核医学与分子影像新技术与新方法,提高疑难疾病的早期发现、早期诊断效率和准确性,科学合理设计临床诊断、治疗方案,精准制定临床疗效评估及预后监测体系。

研究内容涵盖:

•分子影像探针:研发并应用具有特异性分子识别能力的影像示踪剂,用于精确标记疾病靶点。

多模态影像融合:结合PET/CT和PET/MRI技术,提升影像的空间分辨率和功能信息整合能力。

人工智能辅助:开发AI辅助影像分析工具,实现精准化和自动化诊断。

基于表型组学、分子影像的精准诊断与新型治疗方法(包括干细胞、T细胞治疗、靶向治疗等)。

多模态影像(PET/CT/MRI/光学等)介导的精准诊治疗一体化基础研究与临床应用。
