2012-2014,中国科学院北京基因组研究所,助理研究员;

2015-2020,瑞典哥德堡大学Sahlgrenska医院,博士后;

2021-至今,复旦大学人类表型组研究院,青年研究员。

 研究方向

1)肠道内生态紊乱与肠道菌失衡;

2)肠道菌与糖尿病、心血管疾病等代谢性疾病之间的因果关系研究;

3)肠道菌对药物及饮食干预的影响;

4)多组学数据整合;

5)细菌基因组突变与进化研究。
