研究方向

1）肠道内生态紊乱与肠道菌失衡；

2）肠道菌与糖尿病、心血管疾病等代谢性疾病之间的因果关系研究；

3）肠道菌对药物及饮食干预的影响；

4）多组学数据整合；

5）细菌基因组突变与进化研究。
