2007-2012，浙江大学沃森基因研究院，获理学博士学位；

2012-2014，中国科学院北京基因组研究所，助理研究员；

2015-2020，瑞典哥德堡大学Sahlgrenska医院，博士后；

2021-至今，复旦大学人类表型组研究院，青年研究员。

研究方向

1）肠道内生态紊乱与肠道菌失衡；

2）肠道菌与糖尿病、心血管疾病等代谢性疾病之间的因果关系研究；

3）肠道菌对药物及饮食干预的影响；

4）多组学数据整合；

5）细菌基因组突变与进化研究。
