工作经历

研究方向肿瘤免疫和空间组学。曾任英国爱丁堡大学癌症研究中心和生殖健康中心双聘终身教授。长期专注于肿瘤转移和免疫微环境的研究,阐明了巨噬细胞在癌症转移中的重要作用,并开创了转移相关巨噬细胞的研究领域。目前已在Nature、Cell、Nature Review Immunology等知名国际期刊发表了近40篇高水平学术论文,总引用超14700余次,累计影响因子334,其中8篇被web of science评为高被引文章,已转化国际发明一项,主持国际重大科研项目折合人民币超2800余万元。

课题组在原有工作基础上,负责搭建了具有国际先进领先水平的复旦大学空间多组学测-算-控整合研究平台,将采用标准化研究,数据驱动,AI整合算法,功能验证四位一体的研究方式促进跨学科交叉融合,推动各相关研究领域的共同进步。
