 工作经历

教育部“长江学者”特聘教授、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、科技部“重点领域创新团队”负责人。

长期从事影像医学与核医学、分子影像的临床、教学和科研工作,先后在国内外获得临床医学学士、影像医学硕士、内科学博士。曾在哈佛大学医学院Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Brigham and Women医院工作,担任美国MD Anderson癌症中心助理教授。特别是近20年来,针对人类重大疾病的诊治难题,通过构建分子影像新技术、新方法,提高疑难疾病的早期诊断效率和准确率。通过研发和利用特异性分子识别的影像示踪剂(分子影像探针)、PET/CT及PET/MRI多模式影像融合技术、以及人工智能(AI)辅助影像分析技术,显著提高癫痫、老年痴呆、恶性肿瘤等的精准诊治水平。目前主持国家自然科学基金委杰出青年基金项目、国际重点合作A3项目、基础科学中心项目课题,发表SCI英文论文100多篇,主编全国统编教材1部、副主编2部,主编英文专著1部。

当选世界分子影像学会(WMIS)主席、中国认知科学学会分子影像分会理事长。长期应邀担任“美国核医学与分子影像学会”会刊《Journal of Nuclear Medicine》副主编;“欧洲核医学会”会刊《European Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging》副主编;“日本核医学会”会刊《Annals of Nuclear Medicine》副主编;“英国核医学会”会刊《Nuclear Medicine Communications》编辑委员;“世界分子影像学会”会刊《Molecular Imaging Biology》亚洲地区负责人;《Oncology》编辑委员; 中国工程院院刊《Frontiers of Medicine》编辑委员;中国科协和美国科学促进会《Research》Associate Editor;英国柳叶刀《Lancet》编辑顾问。
